This was the personal lighter of William Fulton McKee (October 17, 1906 – February 28, 1987).  He was a United States Air Force four-star general who served as Commander, Air Force Logistics Command (COMAFLC) from 1961 to 1962; and Vice Chief of Staff, U.S. Air Force (VCSAF) from 1962 to 1964.
The lighter is in very good condition.  It has spark and fuel has been added.  You may have to add your own fuel if the fuel I added evaporates.  It has light cosmetic wear and has a date code of 1963.  Lid has some wobble.
