WDCC "Woodcutter's Cottage" from Disney's Sleeping Beauty in Box

WDCC Enchanted Places "Woodcutter's Cottage" from Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty. The item is in very good condition and comes with the box. There is a tiny nick on the wooden base. You can see this in photo #7. The COA was misplaced and will NOT be included. The box does have a bit of wear from storage.
I just picked up inventory from a collectible store that was going out of business. These figurines are all new or they may have been on display in the WDCC showcases on the floor. I am opening some of these figurines for the first time just so I can still inspect for broken parts, craze, defects...etc. I am listing to the best of my knowledge and will point out anything I see that would be classified as defective.
