WDCC "Charter Member Plaque" in Box with COA and Collector Pin

New in Box/Never Displayed!!! WDCC - "Charter Member Plaque" A Decade of Dreams. The figurine is in excellent condition and comes with the box and COA and Collector Pin. The box has some very light wear from storage. Please see the photos for better details.
These figurines were just picked up from a collector's estate. She kept them new in the boxes and they have never been on display!!! I have opened the figurines for inspection purposes only! I had to take off the plastic and look for craze or any other manufacturers defects. As always, I will be sure to point out anything I see.
