Public Service Announcement: As is common with porcelain pieces such as WDCC, crazing may be present.  Crazing appears as very fine lines in the glaze and typically happens during the firing process.  An internet search for "WDCC crazing" will return a more thorough explanation.  Although not easily noticeable, study the pictures closely as it is more apparent when under a camera's flash on white or light colors.  Not typically a detractor from the value to a collector, it is something worth being educated about and making that decision before you bid.  Thank you
