The design is of an angry-looking 風神 “Fujin” the wind god on a gold background.
It has natural
lacqured bamboo struts inset with lead weights in the handle.

This fan shows no signs of apparent use
but has a name taped on one edge (may be possible to remove it) and it is written on an outer strut as well.
