    Description

This is a very nice and clean Shell Oil Co. Swingspout Motor Oil Dispenser, likely from the 20s-30s.  Copper plated steel, still very attractive, no rust on the interior but some rust in the bottom of the interior, for display or collecting only.  Funny Detail - stamped on the handle - "New York CIty Approved Type 10-D".  Height of the body - 6", Diameter of the body- 4-1/4".  Heavy weight and strong and durable - not a flimsy can at all - that's why shipping costs are a bit higher than you would expect.   The Swingspout spout swivels easily to different positions, very helpful in pouring fresh oil into car engines.  Great for the Petroliana collector, and at a very attractive starting price.  Shipment by USPS Priority Mail with tracking, and SHIPMENT TO THE USA ONLY.
