SWEET 15 1/2", antique c1883, signed Germany (bell) KLING china brunette doll

Gorgeous,
15 1/2" tall,
brunette china shoulderhead young child doll, signed:
Germany K
within a
BELL
on the back of her shoulderplate (circa 1883 by C. F. KLING & Co.) with deep curly brunette hair with covered ears, molded lid lines, blue eyes, very pretty mouth with full lips, chubby cheeks and blush tint, wonderful original, kid leather, jointed body with muslin lower legs and feet and antique bisque lower arms and hands. She wears a fine antique dressing gown with pleated bodice, hem and lace trim, antique cotton petticoat and pantaloons with old lace trim. Pictured on page 206, "A Pictorial Reference Guide for German Chinas"-Kromboltz, she
is in excellent condition with
no cracks or chips, no hairlines or repairs (few paint rubs in her curls, some leaking sawdust in one leg) and no odors as she is from a smoke free home.  (loc 52)
