    This listing is for a truly fantastic antique Dickson Clawson Fisherman's Chest Wooden Tackle Box. These things are getting truly hard to find and we are excited to be offering 2 different Dickson Clawson Tackle Boxes for sale tonight, so please be sure to check out my other listings. This listings if for the second Dickson Clawson of the evening. This amazing vintage wood tackle box retains its original brass edge fittings and hardware. It has the great brass emblem on it Dickson Clawson Fishermans Chest Kansas City, Kansas. The exterior is in overall good condition, it has been used, it does have some expected use wear, but overall it's good. Now I do want to point out on this tackle box, on both end sides (right and left), there is a sliver where there appears to be missing wood. It's very unusual to me that it has happened on both sides of the tackle box like that, so I am not sure if this was factory or the way they were made? It almost looks like that is the way the wood was and they went with it, but I have photographed both sides for you to be the judge. The interior of the tackle box is possum belly style, it has a total of 80 trays for lures as well as the bottom interior. This tackle box measures 18.55 inches wide, it is 10.5 inches tall, and 8 inches long. The bottom interior of this tackle box is a little bit dirty, I didn't clean it, I will leave that for the new owner to clean how they wish. I believe this chest retains its original handle, although it does have some wear. When you have the trays extended fully they measure out at 37 inches in total width from left side to right side. This is a very nice vintage wood tackle box, with a really cool design. I can't believe I was able to find two of them out in the wild, but they are both being offered for sale, so please be sure to check out my other listings to see the second one being offered.
