RARE * VINTAGE * MY LADY'S DOLL * PIN CUSHION * SEWING ACCESSORY!

Description

Super old antique MY LADY'S DOLL pin cushion sewing accessory with China or porcelain head.  She has hand painted features on her face/head and a cloth over-stuffed body.   She is showing signs of age, particularly on her cloth body which is stained throughout and has tears on both arms.  There is some sort substance on her head, I'm not certain whether she may have had a wig or hat originally?  She has definitely been pre-loved!
She measures about 8 1/2" tall from head to feet and about 7" wide measuring from the tips of her arms.  If you like vintage / antique dolls and pin cushion / sewing accessories, she will be a great addition to your collection!   Pin cushion doll / vintage sewing accessory comes from my Mom's collection.
