Rare 1980 'Over The Top' Wichita River Festival Riverfest Button

For sale is a very rare 1980 Over the Top Wichita River Festival button.  This button has a paper sticker applied to a 1979 Wichita River Festival button.  Wichita Festivals Inc. ran out of the standard button in 1980 and created a few with the stick-on to be used for admission to the 1980 festival.  Because only a few were produced, this button is highly desired by collectors. The button is in excellent condition as shown in the pictures.  The red showing through the sticker is from the 1979 button underneath.  This is common for this button. Shipping is free.
