You are looking at a rare "Pete's Dragon" Walt Disney Classic Collection figurine from Main Street Electrical Parade! Piece takes 2 AA batteries (not included) to light up and blink which does work! Comes from a passionate collector's home and only handled occasionally when removed from a WDCC display case for dusting. Original box is included! COA is missing.
