You are looking at a rare "Lightning Bug" Walt Disney Classic Collection figurine from Main Street Electrical Parade! Piece takes 2 AA batteries (not included) for to light up and blink which does work! Comes from a passionate collector's home and only handled occasionally when removed from a WDCC display case for dusting. Original box and COA are included!
