You are looking at a rare "Goofy's Train" Walt Disney Classic Collection figurine from Main Street Electrical Parade! Piece takes 2 AA batteries (not included) to light up and blink which does not work due to the battery compartment being corroded. Comes from a passionate collector's home and only handled occasionally when removed from a WDCC display case for dusting. Original box and COA are included!
