Presented for your consideration is this antique doll head. The larger sized doll head is made of porcelain china and is a shoulder style head with two pre-drilled holes in each side of each shoulder to anchor the head onto a doll body. The facial features are very detailed and are painted on. Facial features include pursed peach lips, bright blue eyes, black eyebrows and dark rosy cheeks. The head is completed with a painted black hair wig. Back of the head is marked with "4" but there are no markings to indicate a manufacturer. Entire head is finished with a smooth glaze. Paint looks to be all original. Guaranteed to be old. This neat doll head would make a great addition to any antique doll collection! A nice starting point for crafting your own doll!
Light paint wear is on the hair. No chips or cracks. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Measures 3 1/8" wide, 2 1/4" deep and 4" tall.
