  • Condition: Excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, no repairs. Little if any wear. There's a little hard to see old glue residue on the shoulders. Most of it came off easily but I was afraid I would damage it if I rubbed harder. Only mentioned for accuracy - doesn't affect the head at all.

    Description

    A fantastic antique doll head - head only.  A very old head (I've seen them called Civil War era) with an unusual hairstyle; great face expression/paint, blue eyes, rouge on cheeks.  Head stands 6 1/2" tall. Shoulders are 5 1/2" across and 4" deep. Nice large head.  Excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, no repairs.  Little if any wear.  There's a little hard to see old glue residue on the shoulders. Most of it came off easily but I was afraid I would damage it if I rubbed harder.  Only mentioned for accuracy - doesn't affect the head at all.  Maker unknown to me. No markings that I can find.
