    ery good condition used 1992 Washington D.C. annual special permit license plate.  These are used on construction trucks registered outside of DC that need to deliver to or work on construction sites in DC.  They are used in addition to the truck's regular license plates.  The "65" on the plate is for trucks 65,000 lbs or less.   Measures regular 6 x 12" size.  (Also, there is an error on the plate - the "8" is upside down!)
