. It has a built-in touch screen menu that features 11 presets and temperature and time controls. Temperature can be adjusted between 170°F to 400°F. °F/°C switching is also an option. The fryer cooks faster than conventional overs and has an automatic shutoff feature to prevent overcooking and overheating. The XL 5.8-quart size serves food for 3-5 people. Its dimensions are 11.8 x 11.8 x 12.6 in. And the basket dimensions are 9 x 9 x 3.75 in. The drawer has a nonstick coating. The basket is removable and dishwasher safe, PFOA-free and BPA-free. It also has a cool touch handle and button guard. A cookbook with 100 recipes is also included.
