c1870 Antique China Shoulder Head Doll Kister Highbrow w/ Old Nicely Done Body

Her shoulder plate is unmarked, and she is approximately 16" tall without her boots. (Yes, she is missing her feet although an easy fix.) Her body is quite old and very firm. Whoever made it originally knew what they were doing and did it very well. Someone wrote something on the back of her upper body but I can't see all of it. The arms seem to have been added later. I am unsure what it is stuffed with but it looks like a wool like stuffing that is very old. She comes from a non-smoking, clean, pet free home and has no odors. I have had her for about 25 years now. There are no cracks or chips on her shoulder head but her left hand is chipped and the chip is dark from age. She comes with a vintage blue velvet dress that is newer than she is. Please see my other dolls...I am currently listing more each day if possible. I have an extensive collection of these dolls.
