Antique German Hertwig type China Lady Doll is 17.5" tall
Her sweet expression and delicate features make her a very special doll.
Shoulder plate is marked in back "G" (hard to photograph.)
NOTE: This doll is not been professionally identified to be a Hertwig doll.
She has black curly hair, blue eyes and lovely face coloring.
Body is clean white muslin, firmly stuffed with sawdust.
The porcelain is free of chips and cracks, with no signs of repair.
There are paint rubs to the hair as shown in the photos.
Some white spots are light reflections.
Her beautiful outfit includes:
Blue cotton calico print dress in period style
White cotton lace trimmed petticoat and pantaloons
Black porcelain boots.
This charming lady is in pristine condition, displayed only,
and clothing is bright and clean.
