Antique German China Head Doll 18" Blonde w/Vintage Dress Cloth Body Marked?

Beautiful antique German china head doll, 18" tall
China head, cloth body; it looks like the head has a faint embossed mark on the back, but I can't make it out
She wears a handmade lavender cotton dress, trimmed in ruffled organdy, matching pantaloons and slippers
Her dress is pinned on and I did not undress her completely; what I can see of the body looks good--I did not see any tears or stains and her clothing looks good for the age as well
No breaks to china head, just shows wear commensurate to the age; there are some typical rubs/marks to head and some factory peppering and her face paint looks good still
She appears to have been loved and kept well, and she would be a pretty doll to add to your collection
