Antique German 18-1/2" Brunette Chinahead Doll in Vintage Dress - Free Shipping

From my personal collection:  This listing is for an 18.5” china head doll. There are no cracks to the head or shoulder plate, but there is a chip in the lower front on her right side. There is also a pock mark in her right cheek.
The head has rubs to the hair and surface scratches. This is not a mint doll.
I suspect the body is replaced but I really don’t know for sure as I am not an expert in these. The pantaloons and slip are sewn onto the doll but appear to be newer garments.
The doll has cloth feet covered by seemingly ancient crude leather shoes.
This doll wears a silk dress that appears in reasonable condition for its age. You can see in the photos of her back that the dress was probably made for a slightly smaller doll or the seamstress didn’t execute the shoulder ruffle well. It does not reach all the way to the center back.
Regardless the dress does not have any noticeable stains, rips or tears.
