1905 ~ BLONDE GERMAN CHINA SHOULDERHEAD DOLL ... LOVELY

This is a wonderful, older “BLONDE ~ 1905 ~ GERMAN CHINA SHOULDERHEAD DOLL” - Be sure to look at all (8) photos (detail is much nicer than photos show) - Size: 11“ht. - Marks: 2 G - This lovely, vintage doll is so pretty - Ca. 1905 - Her china head has Blonde, wavy / curly hair with a center part, which may be considered a high brow - Her wide eyebrows are brown, she has beautiful BLUE eyes with an eyeliner over them, red nostril dots and red butterfly painted lips - Her cheeks are also high in color - Her cloth, Lithograph body may be original to this doll ? (there has been some definite repair patches done to this doll at some point in time…pretty good repair job though) - It appears that her right forearm was replaced ? (this arm has some crazing on it) - Both china legs with black heeled boots appear to be all original and pretty (the left leg has some light crazing…all can be seen in photos…I consider all minor for this doll) - Her 3 piece, period outfit is about half hand sewn / machine sewn and includes: A lovely, long blue and white, floral dress / gown with white lace and blue satin ribbons - a crème colored, full body, laced edged slip with matching laced edged pantaloons - She is wearing a string of doll pearls around her neck - This doll came right out of an early doll collection here in Maine, from an avid doll collector - This item weighs 8-ozs. before packaging - SHE IS A KEEPER! - As usual, my sales are Final - Condition: (I would say Good with exception of already mentioned above and expected agewear...most everything can be seen in photos) - I consider Minor for this item) -*** If you are ever in the State of Maine, come see our Doll and Antiques Shop...See Shop Photo...Just a small portion of what we have for you to look at ***- Buyer pays S/H/I & Maine pays 5.5% State Sales Tax -
