    Description

    Thank you for viewing my listing for a 15" antique china head doll.
    BRAND: GERMANY
    CONDITION: China head has minimal rubs, no cracks chips or repairs. Arms are good. missing one china booted leg. body is coming apart at crotch, top of leg and at one arm.
    DESCRIPTION: 15" antique china doll (1880s) cloth body, china arms and leg boot with pink ribbon (one is missing) nicely painted face with ruby cheeks. Underskirt and pantaloons appear to be original to the doll. The dress is sewn on and made of antique silk (rather crudely made and may have been made by a child) The dress is faded and unhemmed. I did not remove the dress for photos. The head is under the clothing and upper body and feels to be in perfect condition. No markings that I am able to see.
